Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is required to secure your booking. 2. Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of your booking are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. The full booking fee will be charged. 3. Cancellations 3-6 days prior to your booking can be rescheduled. 4. Cancellations 7 days+ before your booking are eligible for a full refund (minus a £2 administration/transaction fee). 5. If you're unable to attend last minute, you can gift your session to a friend or family member. Please ensure that they read and submit the waiver form. Important: If you have cancelled a booking, that requires you to re-book or if you are eligible for a refund you must request a refund by emailing hello@sauna-hug.co.uk. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
