Our sauna is just one part of a wider mix of activities and events designed to support your wellbeing at Sorelle. You can also roll out your mat for yoga in the beautiful bothy, explore guided breath-work sessions or join an energising outdoor exercise class.
With private dining available in the safari tent — perhaps a breakfast gathering for a special occasion or a beautiful dinner — plus glamping at the onsite Black Pig Retreats, Sorelle is a wonderful setting for wellness days and retreats. And we're bringing the heat! It’s all set to be something really special.

The Sauna
We teamed up with the wonderful folk at Full Circle Saunas to bring something truly special to life - a cosy outdoor sauna rooted in nature, built with craftsmanship, and shaped by a commitment to blending cutting-edge design with eco-friendly materials. Every detail has been carefully considered to create not just a sauna, but an experience that connects comfort, sustainability, and the beauty of the outdoors.
Made from a blend of beautiful woods and warmed by a Harvia wood-burning stove, it’s the kind of space that invites you to slow down. Settle onto the comfy two-tier benches, gaze out through the panoramic window, and watch the seasons change right in front of you. When you’re ready, step outside to the little alcove shower for that refreshing cool-down.
Cafe
Sorelle is one of those little gems you stumble upon and instantly wonder how you ever managed without their coffee and cake. But it doesn’t stop there, their menu is full of dishes inspired by time spent wandering Italian restaurants, markets, and trattorias.
Open Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 3pm, it’s the perfect spot for a pre- or post-sauna treat. Be sure to check out their website for some fantastic evening and seasonal events too.
