Your Sauna Hug Guide
To make your visit as smooth and relaxing as possible, here’s your sauna-ready checklist:
A full water bottle – staying hydrated is key to feeling good.
Warm, loose clothing – perfect for after your session.
Swimwear – our shared dress code (nudity, and underwear aren’t permitted).
Two towels – one to sit on in the sauna for hygiene, one to dry off after.
Flip-flops or beach shoes – great for moving around outside, but please leave them at the sauna door before entering.
Arrive 5 minutes early so you can:
Settle in
Hang your things
Receive a friendly briefing

Our sauna feels roomy with up to 7 guests in a social session. For private bookings, we can host up to 10.

We keep things between 70–90°C for a perfectly warm and welcoming environment. Drizzling water on the rocks is a lovely tradition – just use the ladle gently, check with others first, and avoid pouring too much at once. Our team can guide you if you’re unsure.
We operate in all weather except severe conditions like strong winds or electrical storms. If we have to close for safety, we’ll offer you a refund or reschedule.
If it’s safe for us to open, we don’t offer refunds or credits for unfavourable weather – a little rain can make the sauna feel extra magical!
Within 48 hours of booking – non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.
