Lindsay — Founder & Dreamer behind Sauna Hug
Lindsay is the vision behind Sauna Hug and the original creator of this beautiful set-up.
I’m obsessed with deep breaths, cold dips, and sauna sessions that leave you glowing. As a breathwork facilitator and cold-water immersion coach, nothing excites me more than guiding people into practices that ground, energise, and reconnect them with themselves.
Sauna Hug has always been about more than steam and sweat - it’s about community, nature and grounding.
Matilda & Natalie — Founders of Sorelle
In November 2026, Matilda and Natalie took on the operational running of Sauna Hug as part of Sorelle Retreats & Wellness.
We're so proud to be building upon Lindsay's wonderful business and will be working hard to create a welcoming, wholesome and tranquil space for visitors to enjoy. Having nurtured our existing cafe and glamping business, this is a fabulous opportunity for us to bring Sauna Hug into the Sorelle family.
Vikki & Melissa — Your Hosts
Meet your Sauna Hug hosts! When you visit us, either Vikki or Melissa will be running your session. They will guide you through the sauna process, check that you have everything you need and be on-hand throughout the booked period.
Vikki is a sound therapist and has been hosting sauna sessions here since April 2026. She is incredibly knowledgable and happy to answer all your sauna queries.
Melissa is a core member of the Sorelle team, having started work in the cafe in 2025. She is also a massage therapist and circle host with plenty of experience in the wellness sector.
